Vörur Loop & Round eru stafrænar prjónauppskriftir á PDF-sniði. Uppskriftirnar eru eingöngu ætlaðar til einkanota kaupanda. Óheimilt er að afrita þær, selja, deila eða dreifa, í heild eða að hluta, án skriflegs leyfis.
Verð
Verð kemur fram við hverja vöru. Loop & Round áskilur sér rétt til að breyta verði, leiðrétta rangar verðupplýsingar og hætta sölu vöru.
Greiðsla
Greiðslur eru afgreiddar af Lemon Squeezy, sem er skráður seljandi viðskiptanna (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy annast greiðslumiðlun, skatta og kvittanir samkvæmt eigin skilmálum.
Afhending
Prjónauppskrift er afhent rafrænt eftir að greiðsla hefur verið staðfest. Kaupandi ber ábyrgð á að gefa upp rétt netfang og vista skjalið hjá sér.
Afturköllun og endurgreiðslur
Þar sem um stafrænt efni er að ræða sem afhent er strax fellur almennur afturköllunarréttur niður þegar niðurhal hefst, að því marki sem lög heimila. Ef skrá er gölluð, röng eða berst ekki skal hafa samband svo unnt sé að leysa málið.

Breytingar á skilmálum
Loop & Round getur uppfært þessa skilmála þegar þörf krefur. Sú útgáfa sem birt er á vefnum hverju sinni gildir.
Terms and Conditions
Knitting patterns and license
Loop & Round products are digital knitting patterns supplied as PDF files. Patterns are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, sold, shared, or distributed, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Prices
The price is shown with each product. Loop & Round reserves the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and discontinue products.
Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for each transaction. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and receipts under its own terms.
Delivery
Knitting patterns are delivered electronically after payment has been confirmed. The purchaser is responsible for providing a valid email address and saving the downloaded file.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the product is digital content supplied immediately, the general right of withdrawal ends when the download begins, to the extent permitted by law. If a file is defective, incorrect, or not delivered, please contact Loop & Round so the issue can be resolved.
